Singular with fostex 206 (BD-Design)

Is a little Amp. with 2x8 Watts enouth for using the 206 with EQ or is the
sensitivity too low?

You'll have plenty of power with 8 Watts, even with EQ. No worries...

How much lower will be the sensitivity because of the EQ?

About 3dB less (depending on the resistor value your using in the end).
