do i need a pc with this new filter?

Not while playing (with pre-sets) or when you do not want to EQ the room. The PC is only needed to measure the room response, EQ where needed and upload the new settings to the device.

i tought it was the thirth one? what is the thirth doing then?

Yep, I did forget that one. For just deeper bass you need to alter the first capacitor. The third capacitor is doing a bit the same but also affects the lower midrange.

the phase is very good now a little deeper bass would be nice

If this is the case then do not change the third capacitor, only the first one with 20-50% higher value. While increasing this value you'll also need to increase the volume of the BD30 to compensate the loss in gain.
