Best is to make the horn as thin as possible (1-3mm) so that you will be
able to dampen the horn with bitumen or something similar. Making it
thicker then it is almost impossible to dampen it!

good advice, thanks ! i can make it also in iron, or even bronce, do u have a idea, what would be the best material ?

What is the size of the horn you have in mind?

i thought to make two horns . first one for a aer md3 driver, same size as
oris 200 horn, and a bigger one, 1m diameter, for mid bass.

i want to use a aer driver, but i need to know the diameter for the

screws, can u tell me ?
