Preamp and amp recommendation (BD-Design)

Dear Bert.
I am in a process of buying a pair of Oris horns.
I have Audio Note Conquest today (and some other amps-a pair of Quad IIs also) preamp is AN M3.
But I am also considering this OTL design.

Has anyone experience with it combined with horns?
