I have a question regarding the compact bass enclosure,the plans read 32mm or inch and a quarter.I cant get this width,local timber yards only have 12mm or 18mm,what would be best 30mm or 36mm or should I carry on looking,I'm in the UK.

As far as I know there should be 0,5 and 0,75" material available. In those days I asked around for availability in different countries... perhaps you should look further. If not available, then 36mm would be best.
