It's amazing that your Pre-amp did not have enough signal for the Hypex amps. What kind of pre-amp are you using? A passive?

I am using a 300b pre amp. The 'problem' isn't the preamp but the fact that the horns are much more sentive than the bass spreakers. (115 vs 100 dB) The hypex's don't have enough amplification when I connect them to the preamp directly.
