Singular bass response w FE206? (BD-Design)

Hi Gary,

I am debating whether to build the Singular using the FE206, or the
Fostex-recommended back-loaded horn. Does anyone know how they would
compare? The Singular is simpler to build, obviously. Perhaps the more
complicated design produces bass better, or has other virtues?

The Singular provides deeper bass but less strong as with a good horn. A real horn is a better choice for the Fostex FE206E's as the FE207E's are a better choice for the Singular. I never heard the Fostex horn so I can't comment on its performance.
