base filter for fe206+oris200+compact 15 (BD-Design)

I have the wood saw'ed today for the base cabinet. I hope I can test drive in a week. Given yr suggestion, I'll solder in a socket to make replacing the cap easier without ironing for the testing. Actually, you're right, as I'm not using BD30 and BD15, so my mileage would be different from yours.

But it seems you have witnessed a big difference of sound quality when you changed the cap value.

Somewhere I've seen on the forum here that in my case using Oris 200 and FE206E, the cut off freq is at around 250Hz, so the base line filter has to cater for that.
