Do you have some more information of that driver? {Pictures, Thiele-Small parameters, examples, etc.)?

Looks interesting but I would only use it in an open panel (High Qts) or try to fool nature by enclosing it in a kind of highly dampened reflex.
Horns? Not if you're looking for quality... 
Nothing personal but general thinking out loud; "I can't understand why so many people use or want to use drivers for horns which are not suitable at all!"
Use such drivers in a horn and expect honkytonk boom boom... bah!
