Hypex Crossover Question on Slope (BD-Design)

When you set the Default Crossover of LPF1 to 400 Hz. What slope is the default? We see no mention of a 6db, 24db Slope anywhere in the manual or in the software.

How do you adjust slope?

LPF1 is 1st order (6dB), LPF2 is 2nd order (as shown if you would look closer...)

How do you adjust slope?

Easy, just select the next Biquad section with the same crossover frequency.

An extra LPF1 (1st order) makes it 18dB in total and an extra LPF2 (2nd order) makes it a 24dB if the first Biquad was 12dB (2nd order) to begin with.

Don't forget to upload the changes to have it activated as new setting!

Cheers,

Bert
