I want to know which one Oris 150/200 is the best sound
for my pair Goodmans Axiom 80 single drive unit.
Does Oris 150/200 to fit up for Axiom 80???

I have no idea. If it has a strong rising response from 1000Hz and up then it will work well (balancing that response).
Does Oris 150/200 to fit up for Axiom 80???
I don't know. If the outer diameter of the Axiom is equal or less than 242mm then it will fit inside the back chamber.

It's not made for Oris 150 but an example of front horn with Axiom 80.
