A spade for Lowther.

Any recommendations?

Have you considered using the bare wire? I have a pair of DX3's and rather than terminating the speaker wire, I looped it around the posts. Works like a charm!

Cheers,
Mike

Keep the spades for the garden & seaside

I think if you need spades your wire is too thick yehuda.
Lowthers - and AERs - with their low Qts do not need low resistance, nor do they need low impedance from the amp judging by the reported success of the Pass F1 current source amp (going to hear one for myself soon).
Try very thin magnet wire with insulalation scraped from the ends and just loop around the posts and see - or rather, hear - what you think and let your ears be the judge :-)
