Hi Bert, Do I still need the Eq or filter circuit for the fe206 with the new Singular Enclosure. If so, where can I get or view it since that it is not at your Singular Diy page. thanks.:-D

No it is not on the Singular page, I'll have to add it. Thanks for the reminder!
The EQ is made of:
1.2mH
22ohm
470nF (nano)
All parts connected in parallel and this filter should be connected in series with the driver.

Foil or air coils, carbon resistors (2Watt is sufficient) and good sounding capacitors.

How many db lost with this EQ/filter estimated?
Big guess, about 4-6dB in the higher frequencies (depends a bit on the resistor value used).

Anywhere is okay (behind the amps if you prefer that). One thing to think of is that the value of the coil changes when it is close to metal. So have both coils on a similar spot to have the same value for left and right.
Perhaps the best spot would therefore be at the back of the enclosure.

No need but you could play with the back chamber to reduce the balance in the low-mids if they sound too dark in your setup. You could remove the MDF back cover, remove the woolfelt circle, add extra damping behind the driver, etc. for improving the balance (if needed) between the Oris horn and your bass driver/filter.
