Yes, truly passive without any active device/s.

- If max output is 0.8V peak, what is the equivalent RMS Output V?

Good question, I have no idea. You can better ask the designer about that through his website at: www.twindac.com

- Do you accept Visa (fax w/ ID etc.)?

No, only through PayPal (if available in Manila). There are other ways to transfer money though (Western Union or a direct wire transfer to my bank account to name a few)

I hope it's ok that I posted here since it says on the Twindac website that BD-Design is the worldwide retailer.
