crossover point (BD-Design)

its the standard box bass come with oris 200.

Assuming this is the Compact bass enclosure with the BD15 bass drivers?

i use Acoustic research Ls 5 mk ii, then to Accuphase F15 with two way
crossover and crossover point at 290Hz. The mid and high is then drive by
berning Mircozotl and the bass is driven by Muse 100 SE. The gain for
MIcrozotl and muse 100 is difference.

290Hz should be high enough as crossover frequency but having no experience at all with active crossovers like the F15 and the way you have connected everything does not help either....many things can go wrong.

Amps sometimes do invert phase, impedance matching problems....

The sound now is very clean and with good bass, however the thing i found
its different from the crossover comes in is the mid range.

Did you try to change the filter slope to 12dB or 18dB and experimented with the absolute phase (both the horns connected with reversed polarity)?
