- Do you have zero resistance between the ground of all connected
interconnects?

Will check, BUT.. being non tech ..set meter to ohm and put probes on L
and R ch. earths ???

Yep, should measure 0 ohms (or close to ohms). Also measure in- and output chinch of the left and next the same on the other channel.
