The FT17H shown there is a very nice and cheap tweeter. The sensitivity is a bit lower than the Fostex in the Oris 150 though but reducing their sensitivity would bring them back in balance.

an active crossover network won't do, cos i would need at least 4 to 6
mono amps, so what about a standard crossover network (with just one
amp)?

That would be a very hard case to blend all together... the Oris horn with the Fostex tweeter would not be too hard but the bass will give the problems.

Your own next thoughts would be a better starting point.

i already thought about driving the la scalas by some subwoofer modules,
this makes control, eq etc. easier - and the oris horns by my stock mono
blocks...

Yep, that is what I would do in your situation...
