Another New User with questions (BD-Design)

Hi all, I am new to this forum, and I find horn speaker is pretty interesting. Since I am totally new to BD-Design speaker system, even I spent few hours on this site, I would not find the answer I want. (maybe I do not read carefully ) Here are my questions:
1. how much does a Oris horn speaker cost? I know the cost is very depend on the part, but what is good starting point (and cost) to build a horn speaker and upgradeable in the future?
2. can I still use my current system with horn speaker? (I am currently using cambridge 640Av2 amp with Rega Apollo CD player)
3. is it hard to DIY? (I am an accountant, NEVER use saw or paint anything in my life. But I am interested to DIY something myself.
