Welcome to the club!

1. how much does a Oris horn speaker cost? I know the cost is very depend
on the part, but what is good starting point (and cost) to build a horn
speaker and upgradeable in the future?

2. can I still use my current system with horn speaker? (I am currently
using cambridge 640Av2 amp with Rega Apollo CD player)

Yes, you can. The system will only show the potential of the connected system but for the rest I do not forsee any problems.

3. is it hard to DIY? (I am an accountant, NEVER use saw or paint anything
in my life. But I am interested to DIY something myself.

If you can assemble things bougth at IKEA then it should not be a major problem regarding the horn kits. You should be able to do some soldering and carpeting though and some knowledge about audio related parts is big plus. Painting the horns can be done by others if you do not know how or order them finished with the color you prefer.
