BMS 4592ND modifications... (BD-Design)

Angelo,

I have measured "normal" compression drivers and these show much higher 2nd and 3rd harmonic distortion...those BMS drivers are very well designed but have some flaws (manufacturing process to save costs and designed for outdoor use, but 90% of that part can be modified).

You should wait a while longer for the MkII filter which will be the final filter for the Orphean. That combo will be hard to beat with other horns using compression drivers (overall speaking).

Do not forget that for a real good overall sound that the bass (same quality!) has to be integrated properly to the Orphean. Without a good working fundament the sound will be "poor" and not optimal if seen as full-range system.
