Singular cabinet - sides too small (BD-Design)

Hi Joe,

The nice people who cut my wood at the home improvement store cut the
sides about 2.4mm too short; luckily, the width is spot on as are the
other pieces they cut.

That sounds familiar, you're lucky that they cut the other panels okay then!

Will this be ok provided I maintain the 230mm x 230mm dimension for the
entire length of the passage from the driver to the rear vent, or is the
length crucial as well?

2.4mm isn't too much (as long as it is the same with both enclosures).

Also, do I need to adjust the length of the port?

No, the new drawings show no real length at all and the damping closing the opening highly reduces the Q of the port making the effective bandwidth wider.

These are going to be some big speakers! :)

Once on their listening spot they will look much smaller!
