Gainclone amps (BD-Design)
Hi Bert,
Simple test is to disconnect one channel completely (inputs too) to hear
if the hum is the same. If it is much less then it is not the 4mV that is
causing the hum...
Hum still there, the amp is known to be noisy and I have a number of mods that I can do to reduce this including DC heater voltage. However, even with the hum the horns sound great, another issue is my partner has now shown an interest in listening to music....I wonder if I can fit the horns in the shed:-D
Cheers,
Brian
